Hi, I'm Joyce, the face behind Studio Valoro.
I grew up surrounded by creativity. I went to a Steiner school, where I drew and painted, but also learned to work with wood, metal and textiles. That's where I discovered how much fun it is to combine colours and materials, and where the seed for my current passion was planted 🌿
Two house moves, each with a major renovation, only grew my love for interiors. I loved being involved from the very first ideas right down to the last details, working with colours, materials and creating the right atmosphere for every room. At the same time, I experienced how overwhelming all those choices can be, especially when you have to make them quickly and wonder whether it will all come together as one cohesive whole. That's why I developed my interior formulas: a kind of cheat code for anyone looking for guidance during a renovation, or wanting to make choices with more confidence when giving their home a new look.
