When you place an order or contact me, your name, email address, billing details, order details and payment details, among other things, may be processed. In addition, I process the information you provide yourself when you get in touch by email or through the contact form.
Your personal data is used exclusively to process your order, deliver your digital interior formula, handle payments, answer questions and comply with legal administrative obligations. If you have given permission, I may also inform you about new interior formulas, additions and offers from Studio Valoro.
Studio Valoro uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform for processing orders. Payments are processed securely via Mollie or, where applicable, Shopify Payments. These parties only process the personal data necessary to correctly handle your order and payment.

Personal data is not kept longer than necessary to perform the agreement or as long as required by law.

Studio Valoro uses cookies to make the website work properly and, with your consent, to understand how visitors use the site. On your first visit you'll see a cookie banner where you choose which cookies to allow; you can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page.
Necessary cookies make sure the website and shopping cart work correctly, including cookies from Shopify (our cart and checkout partner) that remember what's in your cart. These cookies are always active, since the website can't function without them.
Analytics cookies are only placed if you give consent. We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many visitors the website gets and which pages are popular. IP addresses are processed in truncated/anonymised form, and the data isn't used for personalised advertising (Google Signals is turned off). Without your consent, no Google Analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are placed.
The website also uses Google Fonts to display typefaces; this creates a connection to Google's servers but does not place any cookies.
